AdBlue is a high purity NOx reducing agent for diesel engines equipped with SCR technology.
SCR technology is based on catalytic reduction, whereby a reducing agent reduces toxic nitric oxides to nitrogen and water, i.e. harmless substances.
This SCR technology is implemented to comply with EURO 4, EURO 5 and EURO 6 exhaust gas pollutant emission levels, so as to offer a forward-looking propulsion system in terms of economy, performance and respect for the environment.
