Based on the latest generation of radio technology, this variable-light car radio features FM reception and DAB+* (Digital Audio Broadcasting - Radio Numérique Terrestre) technology.
A major advantage of this product is its compatibility with Apple Carplay and Android Auto systems. This allows users to use all their phone's functions directly on their vehicle's car radio!
This Bluetooth-equipped car radio allows up to 5 devices to be connected at the same time, making it much easier to use Waze and other GPS applications such as Google Maps thanks to the connection with the phone.
The device features an auxiliary jack (3.5mm jack) and an illuminated USB port protected by a trap door, as well as 3 preamplified RCA 4V outputs and 4 50W outputs. Audio settings include a 13-band equalizer with 11 pre-recorded configurations, a Bass Boost mode, a Loudness mode and an adjustable subwoofer level (from -50 to +10), which can be swapped with the rear.
DAB+ technology enables clear, interference-free and stable reception of a much wider range of radio channels than FM (an increase of up to 60%, according to dabplus.com), as well as the transmission of additional information, such as current and future program guides, and images, such as album or single covers (on devices that allow this).
